On a second weekend at ideaXfactory, Art of Space continues work on Knitting Space, and RuBert Studios scrapes old hand-painted signs of the front windows until dusk. New window letters and posters going up soon!
Here is the first work session to create Knitting Space that occurred on November’s First Friday Art Walk. Art of Space built the giant hand-made looms to weave the plastic strips into sections that will be hung from the ceiling, creating a canopy you can walk under or hammock where you can rest.
Join Art of Space as they knit a gigantic interactive environment at the new ideaXfactory, 351 Boonville Avenue.
